Buenos Aires, Jan 21 (NA) – The new medical report released by the Buenos Aires province Ministry of Health regarding the health of Bastián Jerez, the boy hospitalized in Mar del Plata after an accident in the Pinamar dunes, confirms that he is fever-free and breathing spontaneously. The updated report, sent to the Argentine News Agency, highlights that the minor remains in intensive care at the 'Victorio Tetamanti' Provincial Maternal and Child Hospital in Mar del Plata, but is stable in clinical and hemodynamic aspects. He continues to be on assisted ventilation, antibiotics, and does not require medication to maintain blood pressure.

Encouraging news, compared to the last 24 hours, is that he is fever-free, has spontaneous breaths, and shows a partial response to stimuli. Bastián, who has been hospitalized for nearly 10 days, had to undergo five operations after multiple skull fractures and severe abdominal injuries were confirmed.
